Azureus launches Zudeo, HD video sharing site

Today, Monday December 4th, the file sharing company Azureus, created of Azureus bit torrent client, released Zudeo. Powered by their Azureus 3.0 BT client, Zudeo is a video sharing site similar to youtube. The difference is that it’s HD, high-quality video distributed via bit torrent.

Even with bit torrent becoming a mainstream file sharing protocol, can Zudeo steal a large enough portion of users from youtube? Do main stream users need short, entertaining clips in higher quality? I guess we’ll see. leave a comment.
